Relax… here’s a quick guide to summer on The Bellarine
It is summer and where better to be than on the Bellarine.
As the sun shines down and the temperature heats up, take your pick and head to one of the many splendid beaches that the Bellarine offers; Portarlington, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Breamlea, to name just a few! Book yourself in for the night, confirm your transport and fill your sun-filled days exploring these true-blue beautiful beaches.

There is only one pace you can go when it is summer and that is “relaxed”. Enjoy the sea breeze as you take a relaxing stroll along the Portarlington Rambler’s Walk. This walk is family friendly, quiet and flat, with an impressive view across Corio Bay to the You Yangs. Taking around 30 – 40 minutes, it really is a must-do.

Finally, excite your summer taste-buds. The Bellarine is by no means short on choices for all those summer cravings. Looking to enjoy an icy cold beer, try the Grand Hotel in Portarlington. Wanting to sample those infamous Portarlington mussels, then you cannot go past the Little Mussel Café. And, if wine is on your mind, take delight in a glass from Bennetts On Bellarine Winery or another fave Terindah Estate!
